Assumption of Risk
I acknowledge that this activity involves known and unanticipated risks, including but not limited to falls from height, sudden stops or braking, collisions with platforms, trees, or other participants, equipment failure, and changing weather conditions. I understand that such risks cannot be eliminated without jeopardizing the essential qualities of the activity, and I expressly agree and promise to accept and assume all of the risks existing in this activity. My participation is purely voluntary, and I elect to participate in spite of the risks.
Harness and Attachment
I agree to wear the provided harness and helmet as fitted by staff, to remain attached to the safety system at all times while on the course, and to never unclip or adjust equipment without staff direction. I certify that I meet the posted weight and height requirements.
Release and Waiver of Liability
In consideration of being permitted to participate in zipline, ropes course, and aerial adventure activities, I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless the business, its officers, employees, and agents (the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands, losses, and liability arising out of or related to any injury, disability, death, or loss or damage to person or property, whether arising from the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Medical Authorization
I certify that I am physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent my safe participation. I authorize the business to secure emergency medical treatment on my behalf if needed, and I agree to be financially responsible for any such treatment.
Agreement to Follow Instructions
I agree to follow all safety rules, posted signage, and staff instructions at all times. I understand that failure to do so may result in my removal from the activity without refund.
Severability and Governing Law
I agree that this agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the state in which the activity takes place, and that if any portion is held invalid, the remainder shall continue in full legal force and effect.
